I got two Commodore Amiga 2000 machines from my friend KOJRO. The state of the machines were unknown. They both had been stored away for at least 20 years.

This is a multi part restoration project. In this first part I investigate the state of the machines, do the cleaning, initial testing, and then some recapping of the motherboards.
